Once you have proceeded to our checkout on our website, in the 'special instruction for seller' section please leave your required initials to be printed on straighteners. These can be up to 3 letters with a (.) in between. This is completely FREE with the cloud nine online store charging £20 for personalisation!

All Cloud Nine Straighteners come with a 3 Year warranty. This can be activated by registering your Straighteners online at www.cloudninehair.com

Due to high demand and personalisation please allow an extra few days for delivery. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment. (Especially for Christmas Presents).
